Job summary

A construction engineering company in Singapore seeks a skilled drafter with experience in Architectural and Steel Structural drawings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of drafting experience in the construction industry, preferably in precast work. This role requires strong BIM modelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team, along with minimal supervision. Role and Responsibilities

• Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision.
• Prepare Architectural and Steel Structural Shop drawings.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• BIM Modelling skills is required.
• Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings status reports.
• Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information.
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer.
• Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc.
• Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirement

• Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering or a Professional certificate.
• Minimum 2 year of drafting experience on Construction Industry, preferably in precast industry.
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, meticulous and technologically forward-looking.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
