We are a local civil engineering consultancy firm with a special interest in the general industrial /utilities/process/pharmaceutical sector. Together with our partners, we provide one stop service to our customers (local and foreign) in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, P&FM and Fire (PB) solutions. Positions for Civil and Structural Engineer/ Designer / Draftsman are now available.

In addition to C&S design, exposure includes architectural compliant works, full government submission process - from Land Owner Consent to CSC, Structural Appraisal, Site Inspection Works, Periodic Structural Inspection, PE’s REP, liaison with various stakeholders and feasibility study et cetra.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree recognised by PE Board (Singapore) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of design experience in a local consultant firm
• Conversant with current design codes and design process in Singapore
• Recent graduates without design experience but with a positive “can do” work attitude
• Willing to put in extra effort / time when need arises
• Strong communication skills and effective team player
• For Engineer/Designer position, proficiency in ACAD will be an added advantage
• Able to execute submission to relevant agencies / authorities in Singapore will be an advantage
• Able to co-ordinate projects with other team members

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Support Senior Engineer/Professional Engineer/Qualified Person
• Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design/design co-ordination of Civil, Structural, and Geotechnical projects
• Conduct on-site building inspections and report preparation in fulfilment to BCA PSI requirements
• Represent PE/QP on technical matters related to projects including possibility of posting to job sites in capacity as Resident Engineer
• Structural and architectural compliant package preparation and submission to government agencies
• Responsible for the execution of architectural/structural design and drafting works
• Customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
• Preparation and review of technical specifications, material test certificates
• Design of temporary and permanent works and everything in-between
• Carrying out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure
• Co-ordination of projects including submission to local authorities and liaison with other specialist consultants eg Risk Assessment, Traffic Study
• Conduct on-site building inspections and report preparation in fulfilment for BCA PSI requirements
• Represent PE/QP on technical matters related to projects including possibility of posting to job sites in capacity of Resident Engineer
• Perform feasibility assessment for job enquiries taking into consideration technical and statutory requirements
