Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is looking for skilled individuals with expertise in Auto CAD, ACMV engineering, and project management. Responsibilities include preparing bills for tender, providing and updating shop drawings, and liaising with suppliers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, and possess strong duct supervision and sales skills. Previous experience in VRV air conditioning and chiller pipe fitting is advantageous. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantity for tender.
• Provide and update shop drawings, ensure proper filing records.
• Liase with suppliers for shop drawings and quotations.

• Proficient in the use of Auto CAD 2D, 3D
• Knowledge of detailings, builder and M/E
• Knowledge of sketch up, 3D max, other rendering programmes is an advantage.
• Motivated and independent individual
• Acmv engineer understands calculation and able to do it tender and lead a team of workers
• Experienced duct supervisor and worker under measurement and order ducting
• Experienced vrv Aircon
• Experienced chiller pipe fitter
• Experienced 14 foot driver cum helper
• Sales and marketing able to cold call and find projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantity for tender
• Provide shop drawings, updating and keep proper filing record, amendments, as-builtdrawings. Liase with project site personnel for detailing and or discrepancies.
• Liase with suppliers for shop drawings or detailing and quotations.
