Key Responsibilities
Design, Drafting & Technical Documentation
  • Prepare and finalize submission, tender, A&A, and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Draft ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and other technical drawings in line with project specifications.
  • Develop 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality V-Ray renderings for presentations and proposals.
  • Oversee and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawing registers, revisions, and quality control checks.
  • Conduct design reviews and prepare presentation materials for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and statutory submission requirements.
Project Coordination & Site Support
  • Coordinate closely with site supervisors, arrange PE site inspections, and support technical clarifications during construction.
  • Track and follow up on all submission approvals, authority feedback, and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and constructability.
  • Allocate, supervise, and review work for designdraft staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation, technical specifications, and drawing packages.
  • Request quotations and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR) to support procurement and project operations.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by management to support project and business needs.
Quantity Surveying (QS) Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material schedules, and detailed cost estimates for projects.
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for architectural, structural, and M&E components.
  • Evaluate and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations toiculensure compliance with specifications and competitiveness.
  • Prepare and track cost plans, budget forecasts, and cost control reports throughout all project phases.
  • Support tendering processes by preparing cost breakdowns, pricing schedules, and tender evaluation inputs.
  • Manage contract administration, including assessment of variation orders (VO), progress claims, and contractual correspondence.
  • Participate in site measurements, progress verification, and assessment of completed works for payment certification.
  • Maintain updated cost databases, material pricing lists, and vendor rate records.
  • Support value engineering (VE) initiatives to optimize project costs while meeting design intent and functionality.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in drafting, design, and QS Vipflow roles within the IFM, construction, or built environment sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and technical drafting software.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, authority submission requirements, and design documentation standards.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating design teams and working with multiple disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design‑related issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes, contract administration, and cost management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast‑moving project demands.
  • Allocate and review work for designers and assist with tender documentation.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.
