A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity to prepare detailed drawings and oversee projects from inception to completion. Qualifications

• Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity awarded by BCA Academy.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D concept, schematic, detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM.
• Ensure that construction activities progress according to site schedule.

Job description

1. Prepare 2D/3D concept, schematic, detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
2. Work according to project schedule
3. Meticulously check all drawings before submission
4. Maintain, update and edit drawing sets according to feedback from consultant/client
5. Drawings logs and relevant documents has to be updated, maintained and filed in server
6. Ensure dimensions of fitments / fixtures/ materials/ equipment drawn will fit and feedback if there is mismatch
7. Liaise with designers and other stakeholders to capture approved design changes
8. Assist to oversee project from start to finish
9. Generating proper and professional paper works related to running projects eg. Schedules, progress updates, BOQ, material list etc and filed in server
10. Ensure that construction activities progress according to site schedule and design intention
11. Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project
12. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meeting with all the sub-teams
13. Serve as a link with the clients with Project manager
14. Review the deliverables prepared by the team
15. Any other duties assigned by supervisor / Project Manager
