BIM Draughtsman

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to work closely with the project team in producing detailed construction drawings. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory specifications and update models according to site conditions. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, conducting clash detection, and supporting drafting design calculations. This position requires adaptability to various BIM Modelling tools and the ability to manage corrections as directed by supervisors. If you are detail-oriented and proactive, we invite you to apply.
Qualifications
- Experience with BIM Modelling tools is required.
- Strong understanding of construction document compliance.
- Ability to monitor and update models based on site conditions.
Responsabilités
- Produce and submit required drawings and details.
- Ensure accuracy of construction documents and compliance.
- Prepare shop drawings and 3D models for construction.
Connaissances
Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings. Produce all required drawings and details for submission and approval.
Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria. Prepare shop drawings for approval. Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes. Monitor update model as per site condition changes.
Able to adapt with BIM Modelling tools required in projects. In-charge of Clash Detection for AS reports. Perform drafting design calculations. Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
