Job summary

A construction firm is looking for a candidate to assist in preparing and submitting shop drawings, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a main contracting firm. Responsibilities include updating drawings, providing drafting support, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a main contractor firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in preparing and submitting shop drawings for approval.
• Ensure design and drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
• Update, amend, organize, and safekeep current drawings and documents.
• Adhere to company's drafting standard in all drawings.
• Provide drafting support.
• Coordinate and follow through with consultants and subcontractors.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
