Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Produce and prepare technical drawings (detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, as‑built drawings) as per contract specifications.
• Coordinate, review and verify drawings, including owner & subcontractor drawings, to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical and mechanical as required.
• Attend meetings with the project team, clients, and subcontractors regarding project‑related matters.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum 3 years relevant hands‑on experience in M&E projects for semiconductor industry, working for a subcontracting firm or main contractor.
• Experienced in 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for M&E, CSA, piping, and Fire Protection systems.
• Able to read & understand engineering documents.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
