Qualifications

Job description

Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings. Produce all required drawings and details for submission and approval.

Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.

Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria. Prepare shop drawings for approval. Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes. Monitor update model as per site condition changes.

Able to adapt with BIM Modelling tools required in projects. In-charge of Clash Detection for AS reports. Perform drafting design calculations. Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
