A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Scheduler to organize and implement scheduling management systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with 2-4 years of experience and proficiency in PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft Project. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely updates. Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Minimum of 2-4 years related experience required.
- Must be familiar with planning or structural works in buildings with basements.
Responsabilidades
- Organize and maintain the scheduling management system for the team.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on schedule planning.
- Produce and maintain project schedules with site progress updates.
- Prepare required external and internal reporting.
- Maintain a log of design and site changes.

- To organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting the team during the project.
- To coordination with others subcontractors on schedule planning.
- To produce baseline schedule (time and resources) for design, submission, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and inspections.
- Produce and maintain the good quality work on project schedule, inclusive frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress.
- Preparation, monitor, maintain and update schedule with design/construction team and coordinate with others subcontractors.
- Able to prepare contractual required external reporting, as well as internal reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain a log of design and site changes, and update the master schedule with time and resources implication due to changes.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or others relevant qualification.
- Minimum Experience : 2 - 4 years related experience
- Able to perform project schedule on PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft project.
- Familiar with planning or structural works in Building with basement
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
