  • Build and manage gameshin data, including balancing systems, progression, and risk/reward loops to support addictive and engaging gameplay.
  • Conduct research and analyze player needs to refine mechanics, focusing on first-time user experience and long-term satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot design and implementation issues, iterating based on testing and player data.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation—design outlines, diagrams, visual mockups—detailing triggers, interactions, and feature flows.
Requirements
