Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Services Manager. The role involves overseeing IT services to meet SLAs, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the security of systems. Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with L2 Cloud Server management and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems, as well as database management, is essential. The position may require a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

About the job
  • Oversee IT Services at to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the expectations of all stakeholders are consistently met.
  • Assess, plan, design, and implement enhancements or expansions of IT Services to support the evolving direction and growth of the businesses.
  • Architect, operate, and support public/hybrid cloud infrastructure using a cloud-native security approach, in alignment with cloud adoption frameworks.
  • Deploy cloud-native frameworks for enterprise-level infrastructure.
  • Ensure cloud architectures and solutions demonstrate scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Assess, plan, design, and execute improvements and maintenance for DAY1 and DAY2 System Infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to service level objectives.
  • Maintain the security of systems across the organization’s global infrastructure deployments by analyzing threats, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and investigating potential security incidents.
  • Foster skill development within IT Services by collaborating with peers and stakeholders to incorporate new technologies and methodologies, ensuring the team adapts to emerging needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SoP), Statements of Work (SoW), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and internal guides.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Cloud Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Candidates should possess 5 years hands‑on working experience in the System engineering with L2 Cloud Server management experience. Exposure to security, support and operations of sizable enterprise and cloud infrastructure with in-depth hands‑on knowledge of security practice.
  • Proficiency in Windows Virtual Computing, Server roles and functions is a must.
  • Proficiency in Linux based systems, security infrastructure, security policy orchestration and system automation tools will be an added advantage.
  • Ivanti Patching management, Ansible Automation, power automate/powershell and/or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity in AWS Best Practise system management, S3 Bucket, EC2 Instance, VPC, Transit Gateway, VPC Peering, SES, Route53, JSoN/YAML, PowerShell scripting.
  • Fluent in Database/RDS management. MS SQL, Oracle.
  • Familiar with Call Center Service. Call flow design, Amazon Connect, voice gateway.
  • Experience with Microsoft EntraID, Conditional Access, Graph API, Azure B2C.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL would be helpful.
  • Flexible schedule, including night and weekend employment.
  • Familiar with open source and other tools for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Professional Education/License (if any)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.
  • Azure Certified Administrator/Solutions Architect.
  • Redhat Certified System Administrator.
