Job description

Professional are responsible for identifying, analysing, and relating business demands. Your respnsibilities include aligning priorities, planning and actions to the overall business objectives. And involve business stakeholders. You will share and communicate knowledge and innovation. You have knowledge of the fundamentals of the Semco business model and the value chain.

Assist the Project Manager / Lead Engineer in smooth running and implementation of the project.

Key tasks & Responsibilities

• Technical compliance with customer specifications
• Ensure proper checking/approvals are always done
• Preparation of project specifications according to customer requirements
• Prepare preliminary drawings to customer
• Preparation of block diagrams and project-related calculations, etc.
• Review vendor bids technically and take part in vendor selection
• Review vendor document submission
• Effectively communicate to customer and vendor to ensure system proposed meets customers’ expectations
• Coordinate with other systems/packages to ensure system interfaces are addressed

Main tasks & responsibility

• Design
• Preparation of drawings
• Preparation of specifications for procurement of equipment
• Develop detailed system design with diagrams and schematics.
• Selection of telecom equipment
• Develop bulk material listings
• Provide input for preparation of selected reports, weight, equipment list, function and fabrication / installation
• Coordination with other disciplines
• Professional responsibility

Main principal duties

• Participate in all engineering phases: (Feasibility, Concept, FEED, Detailed design)
• Understand and interpret requirements from customers and authorities.
• Clarify design certification with customers and 3rd party.

Minor tasks & responsibility

• Participation in customer visits
• Participation in technical project meetings
• Occasionally take part in quatation and sales, commissioning activities

Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT is required
