A government transport agency in Singapore seeks Engineers to provide design and engineering support for railway, road, and bus infrastructures. Candidates should have experience in mechanical systems with a minimum of 2 to 5 years required for various roles. Good communication and leadership skills are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Engineers are required to provide design and engineering supports to stakeholders on railway, road tunnel and bus infrastructures, carry out technical studies and investigations, technological researches, etc., and the following responsibilities:
• Upkeeping engineering standards, design criteria, performance specifications and technical requirements for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, sanitary and water services, tunnel ventilation system, lifts and escalators, etc.
• Preparation and evaluation of tenders, review of design submissions by consultants and contractors, site supervision, testing and commissioning, etc.
Requirements:
• Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering
• Senior Engineer: At least 5 years of experience in the design and supervision of mechanical systems/services stated in the above job description.
• Executive Engineer: At least 2 years of experience in the design and supervision of mechanical system/service stated in the above job description.
• Candidates without working experience are also welcome to apply
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
