Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new optical-related products for industry and research applications.
  • Improve the functionality, reliability, and overall performance of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to support customization requests, including feasibility assessment, design adaptation, cost estimation, and manufacturing time calculation.
  • Work with the service team to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into next-generation products.
  • Participate in prototyping, testing, documentation, and preparation of design specifications.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics/Photonics, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Interest in optical systems, precision engineering, or scientific instrumentation design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, practical approach to design.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
  • Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, etc.)
