This role is ideal for industry practitioners or adult learning trainers with expertise in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, data analytics, or emerging technologies. You’ll play a key role in curriculum development, class facilitation, and building industry partnerships that drive impactful learning outcomes.
- Design and develop engaging curriculum and course materials.
- Facilitate classes and manage learner engagement and assessments.
- Support course administration and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects and industry collaborations.
- Participate in curriculum reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in training, curriculum development, and class management.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative problem-solver with project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
- Experience in industry networking and partnership development is a plus.
- Relevant academic qualification in business, marketing, data analytics, or related discipline.
- ACTA / ACLP or equivalent adult learning certification.
- Prior experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
