Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using tools such as Python, APIs, RPA platforms, or low-code automation tools.
• Build scalable and reusable automation components to support enterprise-wide transformation.
• Develop integrations between applications, databases, and systems to enable end-to-end automation.
• Improve existing automation solutions for performance, reliability, and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in production environments.
• Maintain proper version control and documentation for all automation assets.
• Work with business users, product owners, and SMEs to analyze processes and gather functional requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure applications meet enterprise standards.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of automation solutions.
• Ensure automations meet quality, performance, and security guidelines.
• Deploy automations to test and production environments following CI/CD best practices.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and AI/agent-based automation techniques.
• Implement best practices for coding, security, and automation governance.
• Contribute to automated roadmap, standards, and reusable libraries.
