Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a QAQC Engineer to ensure the quality of project works throughout design and installation phases. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates should have a poly or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of Welding Inspection. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, and may be based at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years.

Qualifications

• Strong documentation skills essential for reporting and compliance.
• Knowledge of Welding Inspection (AWS or CSWIP) crucial for quality assurance.
• Experience in piping inspections and understanding of Isometric drawings needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality control plans specific to projects.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping components.
• Monitor compliance with industry codes and standards in piping systems.
