Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant/ Executive to support daily operations. Responsibilities include processing documentation, ensuring compliance, and handling inquiries related to warehousing and delivery. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Interested candidates should email their resumes for consideration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Logistics Manager in daily logistics operations.
- Processing of logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance of all logistics documentations.
- Handle enquiries related to warehousing logistics and delivery.
Skills
Education
- Supports the Logistics Manager in daily logistics operations.
- Processing of logistics documentation
- Ensure all logistics documentations are in compliance with the company processes and properly stored.
- Handle all enquiries in relations to warehousing logistics and delivery matters.
- Any other adhoc duties
- Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent with min 1–3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Possess knowledge in shipping documents and warehouse operation.
