The successful candidate will oversee a team ensuring quality service delivery for compensation, including fulfilling obligations and liaising with stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in the insurance industry are preferred. Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.

- Review all compensation reconciliations and payments.
