A leading training provider is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager in Singapore to drive business growth and manage a team of managers. The role involves developing sales strategies, building C-level relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong record in multi-million-dollar deals. Involve in the hiring, coaching, planning, restructure and lead a team of managers to grow our most important strategic accounts.
Handle team of managers to collaborate with private enterprises, government bodies, funding agencies, unions and leading content experts to provide quality training to corporates and their workers.

Develop sales, marketing and distribution policies that reflect the organisation's goals.
Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organisations and premier buyers in the industry.
Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
Leverage innovations to maximise revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
Review sales performance by analysing performance reports.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years successfully selling multi-million-dollar deals and business development
Minimum 8 years developing, maintaining and obtaining meetings with new and existing C-level relationships
Exceptional Sales and Solution delivery leadership abilities.
Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
Comfortable in contract negotiation, deal forecasting and articulating organisation's capabilities to customers
