About the role

This full-time Logistics Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Jurong region. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods for the company.

What you'll be doing
  1. Coordinate the logistics of international shipments, including tracking orders, arranging transportation, and liaising with suppliers and customers.
  2. Work with customers and transporter to coordinate and plan schedule for daily tank truck loading, container trucking, vessels shipments.
  3. Prepare and issue cargo tally sheets, printing of finalized production orders.
  4. Assist in label printing and recording.
  5. Follow up with customer on completion of delivery orders and documentation on timely basis.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics processes and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Provide administrative support and assistance to the wider logistics team as required.
What we're looking for
  1. Relevant experience in a logistics, import/export role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.
  2. Experienced in handling international shipping, liaising with freight forwarders and logistics processes.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers and authorities.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  6. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
