Candidates are required to be experienced in Supervisor for the Construction Sector with good existing network and contacts.
Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of resources.
Identify issues that may delay the project and take corrective action.
Resolve conflicts between workers, contractors, or with plans/specs.
Maintain accurate site records (daily logs, progress reports, material usage, etc.).
Communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders.
Monitor labor and material costs to avoid overruns.
Suggest cost-saving methods and efficiency improvements.
