Export Coordinator @Joo Koon

• Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
• Ensure customer’s order is processed and invoiced accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents for export shipping including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance.
• Updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders.
• Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters.
• Ensure invoices from service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are submitted to Finance for processing.
• Processing warranty and insurance claims, and maintain records of all sales and shipping documents.
• Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience
