An esteemed client in the ICT industry is looking for a Secretary/ PA to the Director to join their dynamic team in West Singapore. This permanent position involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, arranging travel, managing confidential information, and facilitating communication across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

- Proficient in handling confidential information.

- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
- Assist with procurement tasks and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare meeting documents and maintain proper filing.

Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a Secretary/ PA to Director to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Personal Assistant
- Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Arrange travel, business itineraries, and accommodations
- Assist with procurement tasks: sourcing, liaising with suppliers, and preparing quotations
- Coordinate logistics and shipment with vendors and forwarders
- Prepare meeting documents, business correspondence, and maintain proper filing
- Facilitate communication across departments to support operational efficiency
- Support research and documentation for product and service evaluations
- Maintain discretion while handling sensitive or confidential information
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- At least Nitec with minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
