Roles & Responsibilities
  • Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
  • Scheduling clients’ appointments
  • Data entry of client's information
  • Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files
  • Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients’ queries, needs and expectations
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  • Stock taking
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
  • Any other administrative task when required
