As an Accountant at Publicis, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance to support accurate and timely decision-making across the agency. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and client financial requirements.

• Work with the Financial Controller to implement and execute end-to-end processes of job management workflows and design job structures involving IT support and non-finance teams.
• Onboard new joiners to the new process and workflow, including maintaining presentations and conducting training on the use of Altair, integrating job workflows following client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end process from job management to GL flow and advise on workarounds for job closures from a finance perspective.
• Maintain and update job structures and processes as needed.
• Participate in UAT testing when required.
• Conduct monthly full job reconciliations with non-finance stakeholders, review aged jobs and POs, and ensure timely job closures.
• Ensure the financial health of jobs complies with Groupe FMC control and audit standards.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with stakeholders.
• Follow up on revenue documentation and address issues to ensure revenue is recognized at month-end.
• Perform revenue analysis and closing using SAP at ME-1 to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Oversee and support a team of 2 Senior Finance Executives.
• Ensure compliance with job management policies, including billing, reconciliation, closure, and revenue recognition.
• Review and approve job openings in Altair, ensuring proper setup aligned with client contracts and execution plans.
• Approve supplier POs, ensuring correct job numbers and costs to prevent overruns.
• Handle ad hoc month-end schedules and audit documentation as necessary.

• Effective communication skills, including presenting to non-finance stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of experience in the advertising industry.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• High mental engagement required during the first six months to familiarize with processes, systems, and expectations.
