Your role and responsibilities

A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross‑functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees and 3rd‑party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Scope, cost, and timeline management
• Risk and resource management
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team coordination
