Job summary

A leading social media agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee social media projects, particularly for government clients. Responsibilities include developing digital strategies, monitoring campaign performances, and maintaining high standards of client communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing and a proven track record in managing social media accounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital and social media strategies.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee daily engagement with followers and manage social media interactions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and performance goals.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and new engagement strategies across social platforms.
  • Develop content pillars, creative concepts, and oversee production of digital deliverables.
