We are looking for a driven, creative and business-minded PR Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of our communication strategies. PR is a strategic growth driver for the business, and we are looking to strengthen this team with talent who can elevate our brand presence and impact.

The ideal candidate has experience both in media and in-house environments, with the ability to navigate different perspectives and translate them into effective campaigns. We also welcome candidates with strong expertise in influencer relations, who can bring fresh approaches to building advocacy and brand love.

The role is for someone who understands how communication drives both business value and societal impact and is passionate about delivering initiatives that embody the LifeWear philosophy. S/he will coordinate day‑to‑day media and influencer relations, covering corporate, consumer and sustainability programs, as well as community partnerships and cross‑functional projects – ensuring timely execution and strong results.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

  • Support the development and execution of PR campaigns to build positive media coverage and strengthen brand reputation
  • Draft and distribute press materials including media releases, Q&A's, briefing documents and toolkits
  • Maintain media lists and coordinate media pitching, interviews and press events
  • Monitor daily media coverage, prepare reports and track sentiment
  • Assist in managing influencer/advocate relationships, including coordination of product seeding and event invitations

Community Engagement

  • Work with external partners on joint campaigns and activations
  • Support implementation of sustainability initiatives
  • Track, measure and report outcome

Stakeholder & Internal Communications

  • Support internal engagement on corporate news and brand values
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on communication frameworks
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for management updates
