- Casework Management: Provide comprehensive support to clients with varying needs, addressing risk and safety concerns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to achieve positive case plan outcomes.
- Group Work: Participate in and implement targeted group activities for clients and other stakeholders.
- Community Development: Contribute to community initiatives and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Team Support: Assist the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management with additional duties as required.
- Social Work or Counselling Qualification: Degree, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Social Work, or a Degree or Master's in Counselling is a must for this role.
- Open to All Experience Levels: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Experience working with individuals and families is an advantage but not required.
- Strong Writing Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in report writing to effectively document and communicate case information.
- Excellent Communication: Possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational Abilities: Show strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently.
