A leading counselling practice in Singapore is seeking a qualified Counsellor to provide evidence-informed services to children, adolescents, and families. The successful candidate will conduct individual and group sessions, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with other professionals. A Master’s degree in Counselling is required, along with relevant clinical experience. The role offers a supportive environment, regular supervision, and flexible working arrangements.
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Counsellor to join our private practice. The successful candidate will provide evidence-informed counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team where appropriate.
Provide individual, and where relevant, group or family counselling sessions
Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records
Communicate professionally with clients, parents/caregivers, and relevant stakeholders
Work collaboratively with psychologists, educators, medical professionals, or schools as needed
Adhere to ethical guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards
Participate in supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development
Minimum Master’s degree in Counselling.
Registered or eligible for registration with a recognised professional body
Relevant clinical experience in a counselling or mental health setting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centred care
Experience working with children and adolescents
Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary settings
Additional training in evidence-based approaches (e.g. CBT, ACT, play-based or trauma-informed therapies)
