Responsibilities

• Casework management and support with biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment & intervention of patients with skin conditions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to refer patients to suitable NSC programmes for financial assistance
• Participate or assist in developing, conducting and evaluating patients’ support groups and community outreach programmes
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients, families, staff and members of public through workshops & seminars
• Participate in organisation/department initiatives and projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work/ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work with 2 years of social work experience
• Candidates with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling will have an added advantage
