Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provision of basic nursing duties (e.g. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing).
• Provide medical care and counselling to patients.
• Perform basic triage, assist in minor procedures.
• Dispensing of medication.
• Maintain drugs inventory level and perform quarterly stock take.
• Management of patient’s medical records.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties.
• Handle phone calls and enquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments and registration.
• Booking of referral appointments.
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a specialist clinic setting.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Good patient care and service attributes.
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Nurses have experience in assisting doctor with procedure will be a plus.
• Able to start work within short notice.
