Job description

AAC is a well-established Private Education Institution committed to providing quality education and strong student support services. We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Student Services Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for student enquiries and issues

  • Monitor student attendance daily and take appropriate follow-up actions

  • Process student Withdrawal and Leave of Absence requests

  • Handle timely renewal and cancellation of student passes

  • Provide pastoral care and counselling support to students

  • Support and enforce school policies and quality student processes including:

    • Student orientation

    • Class scheduling

    • Attendance management

    • Student payment coordination

    • Course surveys and feedback

    • Student discipline and parent liaison

    • Student progress and assessment follow-up

  • Liaise with staff and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance

  • Organise and support student activities and events

  • Process student payments and refunds

  • Assist with facilities maintenance and coordination

  • Conduct checks to ensure proper student admission documentation

  • Prepare official documents for new enrolments

  • Liaise with students and staff on ICA formalities for international students

  • Accompany students to ICA for completion of student pass procedures

  • Support ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management

Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma (or higher)
