Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to staff seeking support and link them to suitable agencies.
• Respond to workplace incidents affecting employees' mental health.
• Deploy peer supporters to address reported incidents.
• Monitor incidents and make necessary recommendations.
• Advise management on employee welfare and crisis intervention.
• Develop SOPs for the Peer Support Program.
• Supervise peer support group activities.
• Plan and prepare budgets, ensuring efficient fund utilization.
