Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to handle finance functions such as billing and reporting. Candidates should have a Diploma in Accounting and ideally some internship experience. Immediate start is required. The role involves collaboration across domains and managing financial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounting or related internship is preferred.
  • Immediate availability to start work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Finance functions including Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
  • Work closely with other domains on Finance matters.
  • Report to internal and external parties regularly.

Job Scope:
  • Handle/assist Finance related functions in following areas:

i. Financial

ii. Costing and Management Accounting

iii. Corporate Governance matters

  • Perform Account Receivable or General Ledger related functions including billing, manage collection and preparing schedules.
  • Work closely with other domains on Finance related matters
  • Reporting to various internal and external parties on assigned duties a regular basis
  • Handle other adhoc assignments as well.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma/Deg in Accounting
  • Some experience in Accounting/Internship will be good
  • Able to start work immediately
