A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, process refunds, and manage order fulfilment tasks, working in a corporate office environment. The role requires good communication skills and physical fitness, with a commitment to office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until March 31, 2026. The hourly rate is $12.00.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for responding to customer concerns/questions, issuing item/order refunds or discounts when necessary. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving product which includes counting, sorting, inventory, order fulfilment processes, packing & shipping customer’s orders.
Hourly Rate: $12.00 p/hr
Work place : Corporate office environment / Central location
