The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, process refunds, and manage order fulfilment tasks, working in a corporate office environment. Job description

The successful incumbent will be responsible for responding to customer concerns/questions, issuing item/order refunds or discounts when necessary. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving product which includes counting, sorting, inventory, order fulfilment processes, packing & shipping customer’s orders.
