A leading non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking an Executive for Partnership & Volunteer Management. The executive will manage volunteer engagement, coordinate activities, and enhance volunteer experiences. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be self-motivated. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Events & Partnerships, as part of the Enterprise Team. As an Executive, Partnership & Volunteer Management, you will play a key role in strengthening CARE Singapore’s volunteer ecosystem. This role supports the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers by creating meaningful volunteer experiences and ensuring the smooth coordination of volunteer efforts. You will contribute to enhancing volunteer communications, supporting volunteer-driven events, and improving internal processes and reporting.
