Job summary
A leading insurance company in Singapore is seeking candidates to handle insurance proposals and provide support to Financial Consultants. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of insurance products, and proficiency in project management. Responsibilities
- Process new insurance proposals according to guidelines.
- Appreciate risk management for underwriting.
- Handle customer requests end to end.
- Perform policy reviews and assessments.
- Support Financial Consultants on new business matters.
- Administer projects and marketing initiatives.
- Be involved in adhoc projects.
Skills
Education
- To process new insurance proposals according to the set guidelines and stipulated rules & regulations and deliver in accordance to the set service standard and quality.
- Ability to appreciate risk management for underwriting role.
- Process a customer request end to end.
- Perform policy reviews, assess and make sound judgement.
- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on new business matters.
- Administer projects, marketing initiatives and new product launches.
- Be involved in adhoc projects.
- Knowledge of insurance laws & regulations
- Good understanding of insurance products
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in problem solving and decision making
- Possesses project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration/Management
