Job summary
A leading academic health system in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to support initiatives and enhance business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Management, along with 2-3 years of related experience. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential for fostering relationships and managing projects effectively. This role is based in One-North and offers a dynamic work environment.

- Support department leadership in developing and implementing initiatives and projects aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
- Collaborate closely with service leads to develop, execute, and maintain outreach and marketing efforts for the business unit.
- Manage and respond to feedback from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide administrative and project support for business development activities in partnership with operational and clinical teams.
- Oversee the maintenance of the business unit’s online presence (intranet and internet), including content updates and improvement actions based on user feedback.
- Administer and maintain new and existing service contracts with internal and external partners, including coordination with legal teams on terms and conditions.
- Drive effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information and updates affecting operational workflows.
- Undertake additional assignments, projects, or duties as delegated by department leadership.
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Administration or related fields.
- Min. 2-3 years experience in project coordination and administrative experience in BD or sales roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor key messages to different audiences across written and verbal formats.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of variances in workplans or budgets and recommend appropriate actions.
- Effective negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
