Job summary
A leading seafood processing company in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage e-commerce platforms and lead various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce within the food industry, and possess strong skills in market research and data analysis. This permanent position offers a salary up to $3,800 with variable bonus options.

- Full spectrum in-charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms.
- Lead various departments to achieve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market and consumer research.
- Customize content and products based on market research.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Procurement and sourcing of goods.
- Data analysis on sales performance.

- Position: E-Commerce Executive
- Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing
- Full spectrum in-charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Redmart, etc.).
- Lead and utilize various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.
- Customizing content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research (Ads, promotions, new products, etc).
- Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, making buying decisions).
- Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.).
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Analytics or any relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table.
- Positive and proactive.
