Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell facial treatment packages, skincare products, and services to our clients, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations for their skin needs.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest facial treatments, products, and industry trends to confidently advise clients on the best products and services.

Customer Care and Client Relationship Building:

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, booking appointments, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies, upselling, and promoting special offers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales. Previous experience in a beauty salons, spas, or retail environment is a plus, especially in selling skincare or beauty treatments.
  • Passion for Skincare.
  • Good Communication Skills. Able to build rapport with clients, explain treatments and products clearly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Self-Motivated, ability to work independently, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Positive Attitude & Professionalism: Enthusiastic, approachable, and professional demeanor.
