A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage daily operations in a high-paced environment. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining customer service standards, and coordinating between departments. Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. This position is located in the Central Business District and required hands-on support for escalated customer issues.

Responsabilidades
- Ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues in real time.
- Maintaining standards for customer service, safety, and cleanliness.
- Coordinating activities between different departments or teams.
- Monitoring stock or resources and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Handling customer escalations when frontline staff need support.
Operation hour: Monday - Saturday (11am - 1am) Subjected to schedule
Location: CBD
