Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of sales experience in the AEC sector. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in relevant fields and knowledge of BIM platforms like Autodesk Revit. Responsibilities include identifying client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer accounts. Attractive salary range of SGD $3,500 – $5,000 plus commission is offered.

- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in construction technology or relevant industries.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Familiarity with managing sales processes including prospecting and proposal preparation.

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

- Coordinate with internal technical teams to support project delivery and ensure fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor BIM-related market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.
- Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations on BIM or digital construction solutions.
- Ability to manage sales processes including prospecting, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
