Job description

Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategies, propose initiatives and work with business stakeholders
• Explore process improvements and improve efficiency of the processes
• Support Senior Procurement Manager in managing contracts from the quotation stage to final purchase contract
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies, processes and templates
• Manage RFQ and RFP procurement activities
• Maintain and provide data to perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Perform detailed reviews of purchase orders, quotations, and tender terms and conditions
• Flag incomplete areas and notifies responsible parties of open action items
• Obtain approvals from appropriate individuals/ business partners for non-standard contract terms
• Lead negotiation of contractual terms and conditions
