Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll/Time
Job summary
A leading consulting firm seeks a Senior Business Analyst specializing in SAP HCM in Singapore. The successful candidate will drive SAP HCM initiatives focusing on Payroll and Time Evaluation while ensuring compliance with local regulations. With at least 6 years of experience in SAP HCM, you will manage change requests and support system enhancements while collaborating closely with HR and cross-functional teams.

- At least 6 years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation or support experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Strong practical knowledge of Payroll and/or Time Management configuration.
- Solid understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF SDL SHG IRAS).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP HCM change requests and enhancements.
- Provide expert functional support across SAP HCM modules.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams for process optimization.
