About the Company

We are seeking motivated and resourceful loan brokers to join our team. In this role, you will connect SMEs and individuals with suitable lenders, assess client needs, recommend financing options, and guide them through the loan process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build and expand relationships within the SME sector.
• Acquire new clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
• Assess clients’ financial requirements and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and business associates on ongoing funding applications.
• Ensure proper advisory practices, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and processes.
• Participate in structured training and receive ongoing support to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience (training provided).
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
