A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and overseeing the onboarding of sessional staff. The ideal candidate will prepare month-end payroll reports and liaise with relevant authorities. A strong background in payroll management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Manage full payroll cycle for all employment types (full-time, part-time, sessional, temporary), including processing, CPF submissions, payroll data consolidation, and audit preparation.
Prepare and submit month-end payroll reports to internal stakeholders.
Liaise with statutory bodies for compliance and administer government-related claims.
Manage employee tax processes, including annual submissions, tax clearance, and advisory support.
Administer leave matters, including time-off and government-paid leave schemes.
Coordinate interviews and deployment of sessional staff (lecturers, tutors, supervisors).
Issue contracts and manage documentation for sessional appointments.
Facilitate onboarding, including academic inductions and compliance with regulatory requirements (MOE, MOM, SSG, accreditation partners).
