Job description

My client is a well-established Architecture Firm.

Site location : Ang Mo Kio.

Responsibilities:

• Well-versed in statutory codes, site supervision standards, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fully familiar with the procedures outlined in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual.
• Supervise site works to ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and agency requirements.
• Lead a team of site staff and oversee the supervision of architectural works.
• Report all site accidents, incidents, and near-miss events promptly.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or missing/unclear details for resolution with the Architect.
• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery and provide regular site progress reports for client updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in supervision works of building and construction.
• Possesses qualification recognized by BOA.
