Job description

My client is a construction firm in Tiong Bahru.

5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer and supplier invoices into the accounting system.
  • Monitor and record daily incoming payments in the system.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with other departments on accounting-related queries.
  • Organize, file, and scan documents for digital storage on the server.
  • Follow up with customers weekly to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Support budget preparation by analyzing aging reports and identifying potential credit risks.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and handle quarterly GST submissions.
  • Provide support for general administrative tasks, such as purchasing office supplies and completing required forms.
  • Temporarily assume responsibilities of colleagues during their absence.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to use MS Office, emails.
  • Willing to learn, fast learner.
